How RV Rental Consignment Works

Our RV consignment process is designed to be simple and low-effort for owners. The most hands-on step happens just once — preparing your RV for its first rental.

To get started, you’ll remove all personal items from the camper. From there, we’ll help ensure the RV is stocked with the essentials renters need for a comfortable stay. Our rentals include everything guests expect for their trip, including bedding, towels, dishes, and utensils.

Once your RV is rental-ready, your involvement is minimal. All you need to do is let us know when you’d like to use your RV, and we’ll block those dates on the rental calendar. That’s it.

From there, we will handle the rest! We market your RV in an effort to keep it booked as much as possible, manage all guest communication and reservations, coordinate each stay, and ensure the RV is properly prepared and cleaned between rentals. We also oversee routine upkeep and handle minor maintenance as needed.

Each month, you’ll receive 50% of the net income earned from nightly bookings, along with clear communication and transparency throughout the process. Full details, expectations, and responsibilities are outlined in the RV rental consignment agreement.

Our goal is to make RV ownership easier — while helping your RV work for you when you’re not using it.

Who Is the RV Consignment Partner Program For?

Our RV Consignment Partner Program is a great fit for owners who:

  • Already own an RV and want to offset some — or even all — of the costs of ownership, and in some cases generate additional income, instead of letting their RV sit unused and continue to cost money.

  • Are interested in partnering with a local, family-run business while owning an RV they can still enjoy when it’s not being rented.

That said, this program may not be the right fit if your RV is your “baby” or something you want to keep untouched. Renting an RV means it will be used more often, and with that comes normal wear and tear. While we manage each RV with care and intention, occasional bumps and minor cosmetic wear are part of the rental process.
